After a thorough analysis and dissection of the brand, we identified key components that can facilitate growth while enhancing profitability. This allowed for the release of funds to reinvest in areas that were required to achieve further growth.
We fine-tuned a B2B and B2C acquisition strategy and execute successful campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Email Marketing. This resulted in a significant 30% reduction in CAC year-over-year. Additionally, our team developed an effective retention strategy which enabled the brand to consistently generate 45-55% of monthly revenue through Email and SMS, while also successfully increasing LTV.
In addition to this, we provided the brand with guidance on a new creative direction to help them differentiate themselves in a highly saturated market and facilitate their entry into the retail market.
This involved a complete brand uplift with a new brand identity framework, website redesign, executing campaign shoots, offering advice on new packaging design, as well as providing insights on product launches and go-to-market strategies.
